You will be responsible for increasing customer loyalty and satisfaction, through the implementation of the company’s policies and best customer service practices. Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional and professional service to existing and potential customers by available means of communication;
- Handle complaints in a timely manner, provide relevant solutions and/or alternatives, following up to ensure customer satisfaction;
- Identify and assess customers' needs, escalate priority issues to achieve satisfaction;
- Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right methods\tools;
- Follow company’s customer service communication procedures, guidelines, and policies;
- Meet personal and team KPI targets.
Our CSR has:
- Proven work experience as a Customer Support Representative of at least 1 year;
- Excellent communication skills with an ability to build and maintain strong relationships;
- English language is a must, written and oral. Additional languages are a plus;
- Customer orientation and ability to adapt\respond to different types of characters;
- Multitasking and time management skills are essential;
- An ability to work flexible hours when required;
- Stress resistance;
- Previous experience in sales is welcomed;
- Strong desire to learn and develop new skills.
