We are looking for a communicative, highly organized, and intelligent person to provide exceptional service to our existing and potential VIP clients. You will be responsible for increasing customer loyalty, satisfaction, and LTV through the implementation of a VIP relationship strategy.
Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional and professional service to VIP clients by available means of communication;
- Handle VIP complaints in a timely manner, provide relevant solutions and/or alternatives, following up to ensure customer satisfaction;
- Identify and assess customers' needs, escalate priority issues to achieve satisfaction;
- Increase customer loyalty to the brand, ensuring recurring game sessions and boosting revenues;
- Develop and execute strategies to identify potential VIP customers growing the named segment;
- Communicate and coordinate with internal departments;
- Analyze and report on VIP activity to boost and/or improve results.
Our beau idéal Head of CRM has:
- Proven work experience as a VIP manager or Senior Support Manager within the igaming industry, of at least 2 years;
- Excellent business communication skills with an ability to build and maintain strong relationships;
- English language is a must, written and oral;
- Customer orientation and ability to adapt\respond to different types of characters;
- Multitasking and time management skills are essential;
- An ability to work flexible hours when required;
- Analytic minded, having experience in reporting and analyzing data;
- Strong desire to learn and develop new skills.
